On Sunday 7 May 2023 we hosted a “Big Lunch” as part of the celebrations for the Coronation of King Charles III.

The sun smiled on us all day and as you can see from the photographs below we had a great turnout across Curzon Park. Children enjoyed the treasure hunt, the painting and making activities, and of course the Mini Magnums! Adults enjoyed the picnic, socialising and enjoying the fine weather. Some adults were also lucky enough to get a few spare Mini Magnums.

We also unveiled the new oak tree on The Green, which is part of the Queen’s Canopy initiative.
