Curzon Park is an attractive residential area on the south-west perimeter of Chester. It has approximately 600 houses and 1800 residents and is located just over the Grosvenor Bridge from Chester Racecourse. Some of the houses on Curzon Park North overlook the River Dee and the Racecourse, and many of the roads are lined by mature trees. From the western boundary there are superb views across to the hills of North Wales and over the greens of Chester Golf Club.
