Last Sunday we held a successful family picnic on The Green to celebrate The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. We’d postponed this from the 5 June because it had rained heavily that day.

The weather was great for us and we had a good turnout with over 100 people attending. The treasure hunt and the painting activities were very popular with children. The whole event had a really relaxed atmosphere and residents enjoyed meeting up with neighbours.
